Resilience in the Face of our Biggest Sporting Challenge Yet!
On Friday 7th July 35 students embarked on a huge challenge to run, cycle and row 1039 miles in a 24 hour period, without stopping. The aim was to raise £2000 for our sports tour to Malaga. Our students have exceeded their target and raised over £3,000.
After a grueling 24 hours with such resilience shown by our students they managed a total of 955 miles, only 84 miles short of our ambitious target; an outstanding achievement!!
We look forward to touring Spain in October half term in our brand new sports kit. Thank you to everyone that has helped us to achieve our goal!!
