Parent feedback on our Carol Concert I was hugely impressed with the quality of the performances at the HABE concert last night. The concert band were excellent by any measure - first class. The Yr7 choir, chamber choir and soloists were also incredible as was the Year 7 choir.

Ms Robinson Transforms Lives!

 

Following our Federation Training Day, Ms Robinson in our English department, was selected from a large number of nominees to receive this year’s Harris Transforming Lives Award.  This award is open to all teachers across the whole Federation and we are very proud of her achievement.  Her nomination statement read as follows:

 

Ms Robinson is an exceptional teacher. Her passion, energy and boundless optimism are infectious and this means that even the most challenging and potentially disengaged students love her lessons. Students are proud to have her as a teacher and work hard to impress her. Ms Robinson has a very student-centred approach and when visiting her lessons, one will always see students presenting from the board or leading groups. She is a brilliant teacher!
