Parent feedback on our Carol Concert I was hugely impressed with the quality of the performances at the HABE concert last night. The concert band were excellent by any measure - first class. The Yr7 choir, chamber choir and soloists were also incredible as was the Year 7 choir.

Karate at International Level!

Andrew - Year 13 competes in Karate and has achieved some phenomenal accolades in the short time he has been competing.

 

Andrew who has a Black Belt in Karate won his first European Championship at just 12 years old but setting his sights high, Andrew then went on to win two more European Championships and four World Championships!

 

Andrew’s Karate has taken him to numerous countries whereby he competes not only in his age group but also in 18+ and the 18-21 age group. He most recently won the Bristol Open in the 16+ category taking home two Gold Medals and a Trophy. His biggest achievement to date is winning ‘Best of the Best Male’ in the Polish Open which took place in Poland in 2017. It is safe to say Andrew will be in need of a bigger trophy cabinet with his collection still growing.
