Parent feedback on our Carol Concert I was hugely impressed with the quality of the performances at the HABE concert last night. The concert band were excellent by any measure - first class. The Yr7 choir, chamber choir and soloists were also incredible as was the Year 7 choir.

Cake Tastes Much Better Together!

On Monday 21st September Harris Academy Beckenham opened its doors to year 7 parents for a Macmillan Coffee Afternoon. Staff, students and parents spent the weekend baking and as a result the main hall was filled with more than 30 cakes and 150 cupcakes, cookies and brownies. Parents and staff received a well-deserved sugar fix on Monday afternoon but we had so many edible delights, we just couldn't sell them all. After a hard days learning on Tuesday, students snapped up the remaining cakes, donating all their remaining lunch money to this worthy cause. We can proudly announce that we donated more than £250 to Macmillan and had lots of fun in the process. We would like to thank all parents, students and staff who were involved and we look forward to opening our doors again.
