YDL National Finals Success for our own HABE Student

On the 7th of September we began our trip to Bedford for the YDL (young development league) national finals on the 8th.

 

Blackheath & Bromley AC were hoping to win this year as we had come second several times previously. We were unsuccessful, even after our best efforts, and came second only by a few points, due to some unfortunate set backs.

 

However, we all did incredibly well as most of our team won races resulting in loads of medals for the team. I came second in shot, which was a nice surprise. We were all very proud and hope to continue to improve.
